love the attention to detail, they add info leaflets and even a little sticker into the order. Was shipped within days of ordering.

This rope is great quality but I paid for it to be treated an it came as if it had never been broken or oiled. It was raw jute. I have been spending time breaking it in and oiling it but it is still not the softness I would like and leaves a lot of rope fuzzies still (I have been tying with it consistently since I received it in November). I am disappointed because I would have gotten untreated at a cheaper price point if I had known.
